Does this sound like you?

You’re not behind. You’re being careful.

“I know I should do something with my money, but I don’t know where to start.”
“I love Bali, but I’ve never thought about owning there. Is it even possible?”
“I’m scared of making a costly mistake, or being sold to.”
“Is it a timeshare? Can foreigners own? What if it goes wrong?”

You don’t need to become an expert.
You need better questions.

No pressure, no pitch

Let’s be upfront.

This guide is general education. It doesn’t tell you what to buy, it doesn’t promise returns, and it doesn’t replace advice from licensed professionals. All investments carry risk.

If you’d like to talk after reading, you can request a call back. There’s no obligation, and nobody will chase you.

Who’s behind this

Hi, I’m Sarah-Jane.

I bought my first property at 18, and nobody handed me a handbook. I’ve met so many women who say, “I don’t know if this is a good investment or not.” I created this guide so you can look at an opportunity clearly instead of freezing.

I’m the founder of Women’s Property Investment and Women’s Path to Investing, and I won a Freedom Award in the Money category in 2024. My mission is to help women replace fear with understanding, one question at a time.

Full disclosure: Women’s Property Investment introduces investors to Bali hotel and resort opportunities, so I have a commercial interest in Bali. I’ve written this guide to be useful whether or not you ever work with us.

Yes. Enter your name and email and the guide is sent straight to your inbox. There’s no payment and no obligation.

Is this financial advice?

No. It’s general educational information only. It doesn’t consider your objectives, financial situation or needs, and isn’t financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Consider independent, licensed advice before making any investment decision.

Will I be sold to?

The guide is education first. You’ll get a few follow-up emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you’d like to talk, you can request a call back. It’s entirely optional.

Do I need money to read it?

No. The guide helps you understand how Bali hotel investing works so you can decide whether it’s something you want to explore at all. Reading it doesn’t commit you to anything.

Is it a timeshare?

The guide explains how fractional leasehold hotel room ownership works which is very different from a timeshare. Understand more inside.

Who is it for?

Women who want to understand Bali hotel investing in plain English before they decide anything: first-time investors, women with savings, equity or super who are curious, and anyone who’s been told “it’s a great opportunity” and wants to check for themselves.
